- Year Built
- Approximate Square Footage
- Number of Bedrooms and Baths
- Size of Garage
- HOA fees
- 5 Photos of your home in jpeg format
- Your E-mail address
- A list of 15 features that make your home stand out
- Contact information: You can include your phone number or e-mail address, or if you wish, I can use only my phone number. When someone contacts me, I will get in touch with you.

Due to the number of request we receive, please allow 7 days for a custom flyer to be sent to you. The flyer will be sent to your e-mail address in Microsoft Word Format. You can print you flyers out on your home printer, and make any changes as you see fit.

We suggest that you print your flyers on double sided photo quality paper to achieve a professional appearance. Rick can deliver these type of flyers to you for a nominal printing charge of .99 cents each. Please indicate in your request if you would like to have flyers delivered, or just the free flyer to print out yourself at home.
